Why am I not surprised?

Just got this message about the order I placed Dec 4th. I knew it was a mistake.

"Unfortunately, we've learned that this item is not available for immediate shipment. We're truly sorry that we're unable to ship your order as promised."

What was the mistake? That you placed the order originally, or the message that it wasn't available for shipment?

My mistake was thinking QVC might be back on track after so many months of problems and bad service.

Six months ago I decided to never order anything again and managed to stick by my plan. But in a moment of weakness I gave in.

Thanks for the tip. I have found 2 sellers on E-bay that have tons of QVC brands but these are a new version. But maybe they will have them available sooner than QVC.
