Return Labels

Yesterday, I received a partial order. There was no invoice or return label. Called CS and an invoice was emailed today. As for the return label, I was told call again if the item has to be returned and one will be sent. HUH??? Is this something new or just an oversight? Has this happened to any of you?

I have received a few packages without any invoice or return label. CS mailed me a label and also included a receipt with the order information, so I could have it for my records. If my printer was working, I could have printed out the label, but it's still a bother to do it.

Last several weeks not always receiving labels or receipts. Had to return some because they were damaged or defective. Printed labels.

I've had that happen. I think some things sent directly from the vendor don't always include an invoice or return label. I can always print one off from my online account, if I need to.

I've received a lot of packages from QVC without the paperwork included lately. I called CS and asked if this was something new and was told "No, it's just a mistake on the part of the person fulfilling the order." I like to have receipts for things that I purchase.

@coffee drinker ...Same thing happened to me...I will quit ordering if this is their new normal....ridiculous. I keep the invoices to compare with my credit card statement as well if I need to make a return....who makes these decisions?

It is not a mistake, nor is it new.

It has been going on for quite a long while now, there have been many, many previous threads.

It is a trend w/ vendors and retailers NOT to take the expense of printing invoices etc.

If you have a printer, you can print your own. If you do not, the mods will be glad to send it to you.

MOST places I shop online, NEVER give me a packing slip OR invoice in the box.

Target, Wally, BBB, Amazon (NEVER HAS!), Michaels etc. All orders I have placed and never get an invoice or packing slip.

I would prefer to have one also, but this seems to be the way of it. I won't fret or fuss I guess, just print my own if I really need it.

Now that I think about it, I don't remember the last time I received an invoice. The last box I received had a label that said 1 of 3 labels but there was only the top 1, nothing under it.

Having no return label included has happened to me a number of times... I have a printer but for whatever reason I can never print out a return label from QVC..... I call and have one emailed and then no problem printing out the return label....???

Another package arrived today without a packing list or return label. Saving that paperwork must be QVC's way of going "green"!!!

To print an invoice:

Go into your order and you will see a printer icon. Click on that to print out your invoice.

Track Your Return

When you click on "Print a Retun Label" you will have to click on "CONTINUE" as you will be asked how you want your refund-original payment, Q credit, exchange.

I received the Kuhn Rikon shears a few days ago, and the invoice and return label were included. I was surprised, because based on posts and threads here, it sounds like that paperwork is becoming a rare bird. I've noticed most of the other sites I buy from no longer include any paperwork at all... QVC may be following suit.

I have always received an invoice and label. Yesterday I received the Courant Grill which I ordered for my brother. The invoice was enclosed and the label was enclosed in a clear envelope taped to the box like in the old days. I took it out and gave it to him incase he wanted to return it, and no, the labels weren't stuck together.

I'm glad you mentioned that @Sage04 -- I forgot to say that the invoice and return label were the heavy paper stock I've always received in the past. (Some posters have reported thin paper or, as you said, labels stuck together and unusable.)

I have an order being delivered tomorrow (if the impending Nor'easter doesn't stop USPS from delivering it). Sitting three miles from my house, but I have to wait for it because UPS handed it over to them at 5:30 a.m. today and USPS didn't load it on their van. Thank you, SmartPost. NOT.

I think it's coming directly from the vendor, so I'll see if there's any invoice with it.
