    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I have always received an invoice and label. Yesterday I received the Courant Grill which I ordered for my brother. The invoice was enclosed and the label was enclosed in a clear envelope taped to the box like in the old days. I took it out and gave it to him incase he wanted to return it, and no, the labels weren't stuck together.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yesterday, I received a partial order.&amp;nbsp; There was no invoice or return label.&amp;nbsp; Called CS and an invoice was emailed today.&amp;nbsp; As for the return label, I was told call again if the item has to be returned and one will be sent.&amp;nbsp; HUH???&amp;nbsp; Is this something new or just an oversight?&amp;nbsp; Has this happened to any of you?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have received a few packages without any invoice or return label.&amp;nbsp; CS mailed me a label and also included a receipt with the order information, so I could have it for my records.&amp;nbsp; If my printer was working, I could have printed out the label, but it's still a bother to do it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had that happen.&amp;nbsp; I think some things sent directly from the vendor don't always include an invoice or return label.&amp;nbsp; I can always print one off from my online account, if I need to.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I called CS and asked if this was something new and was told "No, it's just a mistake on the part of the person fulfilling the order."       <description>&lt;P&gt;It is not a mistake, nor is it new.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It has been going on for quite a long while now, there have been many, many&amp;nbsp;previous threads.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is a trend w/ vendors and retailers&amp;nbsp;NOT to take the expense of printing invoices etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have a printer, you can print your own.&amp;nbsp; If you do not, the mods will be glad to send it to you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MOST places I shop online, NEVER give me a packing slip OR invoice in the box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Target, Wally, BBB, Amazon (NEVER HAS!), Michaels etc.&amp;nbsp; All orders I have placed and never get an invoice or packing slip.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would prefer to have one also, but this seems to be the way of it.&amp;nbsp; I won't fret or fuss I guess, just print my own if I really need it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
