I have never used Top Cashback. Guess I will have to sign up to use it now. LOL!!!

I finally started using Ebates just before it changed to Rakuten.

RetailMeNot says you can stack cash back with coupons? Do you know how you use both at the same time? If I click on one won't it open window to place I'm shopping at?

When I ordered from HSN this morning, it was 12 percent.
