    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;went to order the renee cardi this morning, and went to click buy, and it says i have no method of payment on file.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&amp;nbsp;what?????&amp;nbsp; have had my Q card for over 20 years.&amp;nbsp; do i still physically&amp;nbsp;have the card?&amp;nbsp; i have no idea.&amp;nbsp; then when i hear on here the nightmares with getting customer service.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;irritating way to start the morning. just sayin'&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
