I like Rakuten, their CS is the best of all the rebate sites, however their percentages are often much lower than their competitors.

@ECBG Rakuten used to be Ebates not Mr. Rebates.

I got 11% on some Khombu boots the other day on QVC using Rakuten (at least I hope I did, that what it said).
