Me, too! I was on the commode, LOL! Luckily it did no damage to my house or to me..

I thought it was a sonic boom or a very large truck on our street. It lasted too long for a sonic boom. Didn't realize it was an earthquake until I went on Facebook. One of my friends said it was a 4.2?

I'm 10 miles up from the southern coast. We had a smaller one maybe 1o years back. This was mucu more noticeable.

Yes the epicenter was in Buzzard's Bay. It happened around 9AM. Pretty scarey!

I'm south of Boston and I felt it too It felt like a truck or train rumbling through.

EQ now 3.6 according to USGS.

could swear i dreamt about the Earthquake between 5am and 7am

lol it woke me up though at 9:10!!

@Anonymous032819 well.... it was first reported as a 4.2...

we get dump trucks going by that register 2.8 !!

We are in the northeast corner and didn't feel a thing!? Buzzards bay is getting out toward Cape Cod. Happy all is well.

I'm up north on the MA/RI border, heard rumbling, and then my fridge started shaking. Then it was over just like that. Strange feeling for an area that never experiences this kind of thing and was surprised when they said it was 4.2.

I live on the RI/MA boarder and felt nothing. I was out doing yard work this afternoon and my neighbor ran over and asked me if I felt the quake....I said what quake. She said her house shook like crazy. I think that may have been a tiny bit of an exageration.

Just heard a loud strange noise here and fios took a bump but came right back - gotta reset clock on microwave - Millbury MA.

Friends in CT said house shook while in Worcester, noticed nothing.
