Do You Find Today Long And Boring

I always find the day after we fall back so long and boring. It's raining here in Gotham City ( New York) so that doesn't help. I mean it's 2:41 and I'm thinking is it only that that time?

No, it's only one hour.

I spent the "extra" hour in bed reading this morning with the TV on.

Now when we traveled to Europe and Asia, the time difference made a big difference. It took me a day or two to get used to it.

I can fly to the west coast and the three hour difference doesn't bother me either.

I feel that if the clock fairy changed the clocks while we slept one hour either way and we didn't know....we wouldn't feel any different or suspect anything.

Yes, I am recovering from hip replacement surgery three weeks and the days are long and today is longer

@Jordan2 I'm not bored. Went to live-streaming church this morning. Now, I'm making an apple crisp and then probably jambalaya or Trishia Yearwood's Un-fried chicken breast. Sunday is my day to cook. However, DH is stir crazy! He actually went into the garage, opened the garage door, sat down and watched the rain! He also burned old financial documents in the fireplace. Talk about a good time!

It's snowed 3 x's today. I have food in the tummy, heat in the house, roof over my head.

Today, I'm very thankful for all I have.

I finished a crochet shawl, and started another.

I'm breathing, I'm well, I'm not in a hospital sick with anything.

I got to see and visit for a few minutes with my sister. She's home from 5 days in the hospital after Chemo. All time is now very precious to me that I am able to share with her.

I refuse to be bored, just for one hour.

It is a beautiful sunny fall day here. When it gets a little warmer I am going out to work in the yard.

I don't like the time change. For years I have wished they would just put an end to daylight savings. It gets dark so early and I am the type of person who gets easily depressed if I have too much darkness. Rainy,gloomy days are not my friend.Thankfully, at the moment, we are having a beautiful sunny day with temps in the low 70's.

I love it, I curled up with a good book and awhile ago looked at the clock and was surprised that it was only a little after three. I love having more of the day left.

Sunset in about 30 minutes. i have most of the lights on in the house now.

In the summer when i put on the kitchen lights, there is barely a difference, the natural daylight is so bright.

need to get better lighting

We woke up to a beautiful sunrise and left the clocks as they were till lunchtime.

Got the yards done in the nick of time. Rained for about 4 hours.

Now the sun is out and shining. The air is so clean and clear. Everything got a good drenching. Am hoping the streets dry so we can go for a walk or a bike ride.
