Topper keeps sliding and moving

Tempur-Pedic Adaptive Comfort Queen 3" Memory Foam Topper

I love this topper-it's fabulous!

However, it does not stay in place for very long.

I was thinking of getting a carpet gripper to put on the bed....any other ideas?

I have a different topper with a adjustable bed. I tried the rug gripper tape and it still did not work.

A mattress cover (type like a fitted sheet) will solve this problem.

@catlover Does your topper have a cover? If not try using a fitted sheet over it.

I have had several toppers and all of mine came with a cover ...the cover had large elastic pieces on each corner that went under the mattress, it held the topper in place.

I bought this 3” topper directly from Temper Pedic and I love it too. I don’t have any problem with it moving with just a fitted sheet over it. Is your bed adjustable? (mine is not).

Attach Velcro strips across and spaced every 12 inches down.

Will stay in place even if you are

I had your problem and I got a carpet to carpet rug pad and put it between the mattress and topper. It's a white felt-like material that's slightly sticky. It's reusable and repositionable. Doesn't transfer stickiness and is very thin. It solved my problem. Also keeps small rugs in place beautifully.

I had a carpet to carpet pad like @Kachina624 mentioned. I bought it from QVC...did not work at all.

@Irish1210 I got mine at Overstock but I think I saw them at Home Depot too. I have a full size bed and got a 3 X 5 ft.

We bought our topper from Costco I think it's Sealy I'm not really sure, it weighs a ton takes two people to move it. Doesn't move at all.

@Leggett28 All the high quality, dense toppers are very heavy. All memory foam is not created equal.

I have used a topper for last 10 years. I never have trouble with siding. However, i cover my topper with the fitted sheet the fitted sheet tucks in under my top mattress. Everything is enclosed.
