Shopbop is reputable and I've shopped from there. Romwe is Chinese junk clothing that doesn't match the photos, doesn't fit and Poor quality and getting your money back is more expensive than the item. You can watch reviews on YouTube to get a better sense of it in people's "unboxing" videos. Definitely buyer beware.

Been buying for years and years from Shopbop. I think I started buying from them in college. Amazon took over the company several years ago. So they own it. I'm comfortable with buying from them.
