      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been among the very first to throw daggers at QVC when I think they're in the wrong, but I don't see an issue with this. Use it if you want. Don't use it if you don't want to. It's a choice being offered and, to me, choices are usually nice to have. It seems they're trying to address shipping and return issues and while this might not be everybody's idea of a viable solution, once again, it is a choice. You can take it or leave it. Credit where it's due for at least making an effort.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Having another return option for those not wanting to wait 3-4 weeks for their refunds is not the point.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;If QVC didn't use a rinky dink return shipping service and hire more people to process returns, this option wouldn't be necessary.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;What other retailer takes so long to process refunds?&amp;nbsp; I don't know any.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Most of my returns were for defective, improperly packed damaged items, missing parts, and inconsistent sizing that didn't match the product page.&amp;nbsp; Then, they have the gall to ask me to add extra steps to receive a refund more quickly when this was their fault.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;A better solution would be to issue a refund as soon as it was shipped using the return tracking number.&amp;nbsp; I've had a few retailers have their systems set up to issue a refund after they receive the number from the shipper.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;For those not using QVC's return label, call CS with the return tracking number to get a refund.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Also ....some of their newest return labels are &amp;nbsp;in three parts.... all on the outside under the shipping label....is ridiculous....I find impossible to separate...which leaves me having to call customer service and ask for a return label....I have a printer....but for an unknown reason my printer does not work with QVC..... I might add I have no issue printing from other websites....these are two annoying issues for trying to return...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received an email explaining this newest way to making returns ...that's not for me...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sheesh... I don't buy a lot from QVC so I don't return a lot. If I found myself returning many things, I'd probably consider limiting purchases, but we each get to decide that for ourselves. Similarly and as noted, we can each decide whether to try this return option of not. Perhaps they could do a lot of things to streamline the process but this is what they're offering and our option, again, is to take it or leave it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
