This makes no sense

I had to take one of my dogs to emergency vet, i have a tracfone, one call to them saying i was there, they come and get the animal, doctor calls you on your phone, well i got one call from her, she had to call me back ,she could not get me, long story short, i call number on outside post n,you are to do that,could not get them,my mom,son i kept getting over and ovefr again ,straight talk, many times, that is the end of me having a tracfone!!!!

Yes, please explain that over agian. I'm thinking of getting another Tracphone after a bad experience with the first one and I'd like to know their current status service wise.

just walk up to the door (with mask on) if it is an emergency. Really..... Forget the phone if your dog is in distress...

I know it makes no sense. just weird, i kept getting straight talk, could not get the vet, tried other phone numbers, got the same message,i was sitting in my car in front of the emergency vets, just very strange, and i was embarrassed.

Here in PA one person is allowed to go inside with pet.

Not in NE PA, my brother in law had to wait in the car for his dog to be looked at. This was last week.

In my part of the US we call, make an appointment, call from car when we arrive, they come out to get animal, we wait in car.

I guess if we pounded on the door and screamed they would

come let our animal in, they have known us forever!

Poor Spirit (and YOU). So sorry you had this happen to you and its obvious that you were extremely upset and agitated and sometimes we just have to let everything out at once and can't always be clear. Things are extremely abnormal these days. I hope you're doing better and that they were able to help your beautiful dog, Spirit. All the best.
