QVC has always been great with returns and they were done quickly and efficiently. Recently, I've had to contact them to get credit and even to remove returned items from the easy pay list. Don't know if it will ever get back to normal, but I sure look around at other sites much more before buying now. Returns are done much more efficiently at other places. QVC is really hurting itself I believe.

It's a real turn off for me! My returns don't show for at least 3 to 4 weeks. I ordered a few items I already have & one item was not the size I ordered! I give up.
