@wilma ...I'm guessing you were a professional singer from what you posted. I have always admired people in the music industry, big fan of singers and love music.

I’ve always loved to sing. My love for singing came from my mom who sang around the house and was in the church choir.

Most of my singing has been in the church. I started as a child and at 58 years old I am still doing it. I was the lead singer in a local band for a few years. I’ve been paid to sing certain events & festivals in my city. My “real” career was teaching for 32 years until I retired due to health reasons.

@wilma ...I give you a lot of credit for taking something you loved to do and turned it into a career, good for you. Oh, and as for being a teacher, a marvelous career that sometimes is a thankless job. I still remember two teachers, one of whom I did not like one who was my favorite. They leave an impact on their students and you are to be praised for doing that job for 32 years. Hearts to you.
