Mine is I'm begging my husband to get a video game to play so I have something new to watch. I don't have to pay tons of attention and I can knit or crochet. He likes to play the ones that are like adventure type things. It's like watching a movie.

@hckynut I totally agree............so much to do....the days seems to fly. Today removed tired tomato plant, cleaned out weeds and raised garden. Have cleaned some windows - porch waiting for pressure washer..........and on it goes. Cold days just ahead and I'm no where near done!

Funny - yes I am bored because I miss people.

So I donated blood today - 3rd time this year. I used to give 2x a year for years and then with work and elderly parents/sick husband/being a boss I just couldn't do it.

So now that I'm retired I am missing my friends and people in general so that's what I did today

Frankly, i dont get bored anymore. Life is always in this moment. How can you get bored? Take it from someone who almost lost their life, u cherish every moment.

For me being bored does not mean you have nothing to do. Not at all. What it means is nothing you have to do is in the least bit appealing to you and you can hardly force yourself to do it. I have lots of hobby's and could clean out numerous closets etc but nah I'm not doing it. When I'm really bored I can't make myself get into anything at all.

I do love to read. I still get bored. Maybe it's a trait not everyone has.
