Double tragedy for Larry King as his son and daughter die in the space of 3 weeks.

Larry King is mourning the death of two of his children in the space of three weeks.

The renowned TV interviewer faces a double tragedy after the sudden death of Andy, 65, who died three weeks ago. King's daughter Chaia, aged 52, died on Thursday. She had been battling lung cancer.

How much can a person bear?.... that is just too much. He has had his own health issues over the years and came through them.... and many wives with the ugliness of divorce. I hope he gets through this OK.

How very, very sad for him. A close friend's father also lost two of his children. His oldest daughter died at 64 and his son died at 59. At least they died a few years apart, but still. No parent should ever have to bury their child.

His son Andy was the child of one of his wives. When they married Larry adopted him.
