I have at least one salad a day.....sometimes TWO.</P> <P>Sometimes I'll put just about everything but the kitchen sink in my salads, but for the past few months I've been enjoying a "virgin" salad. I'll use red leaf lettuce (and/or green leaf) and arugula with a little onion.
