My Direct TV Guide Has QVC As Just Shopping..

instead of what show is on. It shows Issac Mizrahi at 1:00pm, then it's just shopping with no info available.

It's so weird.

I don't watch that much but sometimes I will record an upcoming to watch later.

I have Fios and it's the same here. It's been like this on and off for a few days. I also find that when a show is listed, it's usually incorrect and not what's actually on. This is across all the QVC and HSN channels.

Ditto here. Since it’s a fashion day, I would be more inclined to turn on for certain shows. But, now I have to remember to keep checking and am less likely to do that.

And, unrelated, when I recently checked what was on, the exact same thing was being shown an hour after I previously looked. And, no, it wasn’t the TSV. Ugh.

I've read so many of these complaints about Direct TV showing only "shopping" instead of the the actual program being shown.

That sounds like a complaint to be made with Direct TV to me.

Or use QVC's online program guide to know which shows you want to record.

What's the big deal? I must be missing it.

@Grouchomarx I have Fios and mine is okay. On Tuesday during the storm ( I live in NYC), my power was out for 30 seconds, I was very lucky. Anyway when my cable came back on I had no program information on the guide at all. I have the My Fios app, I was able to trouble shoot the problem and get the info back ( rebooting the router and box wasn't helping).

I have Spectrum and it has been that way for days, possibly all week. One of the mods said she was going to notify IT of the problem.
