topic Does anybody here "foster parent" shelter dogs? in Community Chat

I can't have a dog right now, but the shelters sometimes need foster homes for a few days while adoption applications are being taken and accepted, etc.

If you have done this, how hard is it to give them back when the time comes? I know it's a deal I'd be making when I agree to foster, but I wonder if I can be tough enough...

Thanks!
