One for me is in Gladiator when Richard Harris tells Joaquin Phoenix "Your faults as a son is my failures as a father." This was when Joaquin's character gets passed over for Russell Crowe's character. Love Richard Harris-any of his lines. He could really deliver.

I have a few dozen, but I really like this one from Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, when Albus Dumbledore, in response to Harry's question, says, "Of course it is happening inside your head, Harry, but why on earth should that mean that it is not real?"

Works on a couple of different levels!

While it might not be politically correct right now, I would agree with "Frankly my dear I don't give a ******..." Clark Gable to Vivien Leigh in (my opinion) one of the best movies ever: "Gone with the Wind."
