Thoughts about a work issue

I work for a small company. In the past 5 years the company has not given us any raises. Things are a bit better and this year we got raises. There are 3 people in my department. Another person and I do similar and often the same work - except I am only allowed to work 4 days a week and she works 5 days a week. She often has nothing to do so she spends her time playing with her phone and paying her bills etc. I have more of a work load - in fact portions of my work load are about double. Yet I only work 4 days. I have asked to come in to catch up with my work and the reply is "what other day of the week will you be taking off?" The co-worker comes in at least 10-15 minutes late everyday. Yet, I have strict instructions that if I am 5 minutes late, I have to call. I am not allowed to take vacation during the months of November or December. But she schedules her vacations for the week of Christmas.

Well, we just got our raises - she got 10% - I got 3.6%.
