So sweet, the whole family has moved in!! I would love to live where ever you live and see those beautiful animals in my back yard. Down here in NC, deer hunting is pretty big. Some of my relatives are farmers and they complain quite a bit about deer eating their crops ( I am hoping they are not the hunters, but not sure).

@MamaWick OMG, how fabulous! DD and I flipped out when one fawn came with adults, would have never recovered from seeing all of these, lol.

Be prepared for more, the first to arrive brought relatives day by day.

FYI...I believe all these babies are singletons. There are also several does in the photo, but I have to crop the shots big time in order to upload to this site.

I am surprised to see that many fawns together "out in the open." Usually fawns are well hidden.

They must feel very safe in your yard. Lucky you!

I just love this picture. Every day we enjoy watching the deer in our yard. In fact dh has a feeder and they begin to mingle around it just before it goes off, morning and night. They are so used to us they seldom run off if we go out. We sit on the front porch and just watch them and speak to them softly. One day while working in the yard I could hear a small noise and after looking around found a fawn tucked under my forsythia bush. When the noise continued I found a second one under the next bush. I was able to walk right up to it, a couple of hours later mom came back for them. I realize they do become a nuiscance if not controlled but for now they are my pets.

DH has a camera set out and every day we review the pictures from overnight and marvel at the wildlife outside our bedroom window. We have the deer, possums, racoons, turkeys, one bobcat came through and the Hogs that come through every couple of months. We have a large area fenced in for our backyard so I try to keep the plants I don't want eaten in that area.

I am amazed at the number of fawns you have. Enjoy them.
