Lands end Masks different from what their webisite shows

I thought I was getting a pleated cotton mask and what I got resembles the pouch from a mans brief, I am disappointed and further disappointed bu their customer service

I did both live chat and a telephone call and they will take masks back end of story and they are very firm about it

Hmmm, when I went to the site, I scrolled my mouse over the pic to enlarge the mask. No pleats. Inlarged the pics on the left side of the male & female, no pleats. Nothing in the description about pleats either.

What did the other 2 look like? According to the site, you purchased a 3 pk.

Site also says no refunds or returns.

LE can be hit or miss sometimes; I don't think what she received looks like the website.

I saw those masks a few days ago but I thought they were a tad expensive for me.

@I am still oxoxNo return on masks makes sense but I would think you could get some refund. Do all the masks look like that?

Sorry it didn't work out. LE can be hit or miss sometimes, especially when Sears took over but now they have been more like the old days.

You can still use them; at least you have something but they sure do look heavy.

The other three with color also look like they have a dividing seam down the middle.

Not to me! Looks like folds. Especially when you move your mouse over it.

Call their CS and ask for free SH back. Tell them you expect free SH on the replacement. You already paid for shipping once!

@Mz iMac Yes it doesn't have the defined pleats like the disposable blue masks but I see 3 gatherings on each side.

LOL I can't believe how much we are analyzing this mask. LOL

I think she didn't get what is show above, though.

@I am still oxox I took those shots from the link (mods removed) you posted. Brought up the exact same site. I think the problem is you did not enlarge the pics by moving your mouse over them.

I have a large desktop computer screen. Could be the case why I do not "see" pleats but the actual pic w/o enlarging.

I looked on the Lands End website too, and I believe you got what you ordered. The first mask item clearly stated pleated. It was pleated like the surgical masks and blue. The second mask item is the white one you bought. It does not state that it is pleated. I do not see pleats but gathers at the sides. I make masks and this is clear to me. It also states that you cannot return the masks.
