@lucky-girl I agree, I'm on Safari, upon adding an items to your cart...... QVC's pop up " 25 customers have added this item to their shopping cart today." So Annoying! I do not care about how many people are viewing an item.

Nordstrom does the same but it is shown upon viewing an item, not a side pop up like QVC.

To stop pop-ups, go into your browsers Preferences & enable the “Do Not Track” and/or Block pop-up windows options.

For added protection, install a FREE ad blocker which you can get from either the App Store, the browsers add-on store and/or the manufacturer's website (by doing a ad blocker app search using your favorite search engine).

I use Ad Block Plus (free version) and I never get pop-ups from QVC or any other site I visit.

@mods -----I ordered a gift for mr henny the other day. We share our big computer.

Last night I was checking email before bed and I got a pop up that said that since I had bought blah blah blah perhaps I would like such and such. I was more than upset. This isn't right and I will no longer buy gifts for family here.

They need to change policy quickly.

Since customer service is almost nil perhaps a mod can do something.

There is no way to change this in settings.

I have seen other businesses do this, so it's not like QVC is the only one who does this.

I don't let such things upset me.

Best thing to do is just ignore the suggestions.

That's what I do, and I have much less stress and angst as a result.
