Anyone else getting daily deliveries?

I feel like I've been online shopping non-stop during this pandemic. Mostly out of boredom (I repainted and redecorated my living room). I need to slow my roll. The UPS, FedEx and USPS delivery people are sick of me, I'm sure.

Me too! Today I got 4 packages in the mail. All from QVC or HSN. Luckily, I managed to get them into the house without my husband seeing them. I just like to avoid the "what did you order NOW". haha. A girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do!

No. I don’t buy out of boredom but I do buy primarily online and have for years.

I haven't purchased from QVC in years. Their prices are WAY too high and their shipping takes for-e-ver. Amazon is where it's at.

Amen ! my sista'. I ordered pair of Birk shoes on Thurs. from Dillards, shipped Thurs will receive Mon.

If they need to hire more folks they need to cut down on the higher ups pay and bonus and hire more workers.

@PocoLoco How sad you have to hide your purchases from your a Husband 🙁 what are you afraid of? Does he get angry at you to make you feel you must hide them?

I have been married 40 years and never have hidden a purchase from my husband or felt the need to. He never gets upset over what I buy.

I've had a lot of stuff coming that are just household goods and food purchases and pet food and the like.

It's been hit and miss with various retailers and I've had to go to the store for most things, but I've had way more packages coming during Covid. Happy to say that most were necessary and consumable things, not boredom shopping.

I maybe get one delivery a month. But, I guess many posters need much more than I do. I still go to the grocery store and pharmacy.

I'm getting frequent deliveries but definitely not from QVC. It would be nice if they would get my orders to me but that's a whole other story. And I sneak packages into the house so my spouse doesnt see them too. The "how many pairs of shoes does one woman need" speech is SOOO old!!! 🤣🤣🤣

@PocoLoco I knew you were joking. I think all of us at one time or another have made comments about hiding our purchases from our spouses. I had a friend when I lived in a different state who used to hide her purchases in the trunk of her car and sneak them into the house when her husband wasn't home. It wasn't that she was afraid of him, he was a very nice guy, but she didn't want to listen to him ask her why she needed another pair of shoes or a new handbag.

My husband never comments about my purchases but I still hate when they all seem to arrive on the same day. They are usually small purchases but when you see them all together it looks like I'm buying the whole store.

Of course, I also give him the look when we are in Home Depot and he tells me he really needs this new tool when he already has a whole garage full of tools. We both just laugh it off and allow each other our indulgences as long as they stay within reason. We never spend more than we can afford.

I usually make a list and do a Target run every few weeks. Instead, I find that now I just order things from Amazon as soon as I think of it, rather than making a list.

@SharkE ..... Are you talking about QVC cutting down on the "higher ups" or all companies. Something tells me that some of QVC's hosts might fit in the "higher up" category. Probably why they have been seen on QVC more than some of the others.

Why do you feel the need to act like this? From reading your posts you have no friends and go nowhere. Yet, you always criticize others. That says a lot.

@Sheila P-Burg talking about corporate. CEO's. My husband used to work some place and their xmas bonus was cut out by management, so, as to make their budget look better.
