      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4" color="#0000FF"&gt;Was given the option to talk to someone in CS on the automated system. &amp;nbsp;When I selected the prompt was given the message that there will be no CS until the Covid-19 issue has been completely resolved.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4" color="#0000FF"&gt;While this may have been a slight inconvenience for me, I am glad they are considering the well-being of their employees.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Never has been as I recall. Even the chat is automated. No help whatsoever. I stopped using them a few months ago-don't need the aggravation.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is usually an option given for a call-back. My business uses them and whenever I have a problem and need to call they give the option of holding on or a call-back.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I understand how shipping could be seriously impacted but not customer service.&amp;nbsp; I would think it would be the easiest function in the world to transition to a work-at-home situation.&amp;nbsp; All the employees need are a phone, Wi-Fi and a computer (which could be supplied).&amp;nbsp; If they expect to function, they should have CS, especially something like PayPal where large sums of money could be involved, as well as potential fraud with no way to report it.&amp;nbsp; I think it's irresponsible of them to have suspended CS.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have never had issues that couldn't be taken care of with PayPal in the many many years I have been using the service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I use it every time I can.&amp;nbsp; I love that I don't have to give my personal credit card information to places I order from, only PayPal has it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My daughter even "PayPal"ed money to me from where she is living now, in Bolivia, where they don't have a post office.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is so convenient and so far very safe.&amp;nbsp; Love it!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As for talking to a real person, sometimes I'd rather talk to the computer and get whatever it is resolved anyway!&amp;nbsp; Sometimes, no many times, the CS people don't seem to know the solution and just read out of the manual they are given.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
