    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have experienced delays (QVC, Amazon) and even a lost in transit item (Amazon third party vendor). The price of the lost item was refunded with no problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have to say that I ordered two items from JTV and returned one of them. Both items were sent within a week and the refund was processed fully in a weeks time, too. I was very pleased and surprised. JTV is always prompt with purchases and returns but I thought the current situation would slow things down. Nope.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Anyone experiencing any delays with UPS? &amp;nbsp;I have two different Amazon orders, both coming UPS and they're really late. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Status shows they are delayed and it shows that both packages have been in Laurel, MD since the 14th, delayed because of the virus.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I understand delays because of the virus and stuff. I'm not mad, it's just stuff, &amp;nbsp;but you'd think after sitting in one place for 5 days, they'd start moving somewhere.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It came by plane of course and then by DHL and it even sat with DHL at their hub for two days. My point is I placed my order from England on Monday and got it Friday. So yes I think the corona excuse is getting old.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4" color="#333399"&gt;I have been ordering a lot now and Walmart has proven unpredictable at best for most items ordered from&amp;nbsp; Amazon did not even have prime 2 day delivery for a long time.&amp;nbsp; These companies as well as shipping companies have had to hire so many new employees to try to keep up but still struggling.&amp;nbsp; There have been errors with lost packages and packages sent to wrong places, packages left on trucks because they cannot deliver the huge volume daily and trucks assigned to another route.&amp;nbsp; It's an impossible job now and I surely understand.&amp;nbsp; They are giving priority to necessary items that are prioritized by many businesses for shipping.&amp;nbsp; This is a severe crisis.&amp;nbsp; No one is going to die because of lack of shampoo, clothing items or beauty products, etc.&amp;nbsp; and I don't expect fast delivery.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4" color="#333399"&gt;You can't just say ZAP and pandemic is gone!&amp;nbsp; Be realistic!!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a package that said it was loaded on the truck and out for delivery 5 days in a row before I finally got it. I asked UPS what the deal was and they told me that if it got to late and the driver didn't feel like delivering it would be delivered whenever the he** they felt like it. Then I had some wine that naturally I had to sign for and my normal delivery time for UPS is around 6-7 pm. The tracking showed it would be delivered between 5-7. What happens? He shows up at 11 am when I was out. Had to cancel my plans for Saturday and wait for the guy again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For the first time ever, I ordered something from Amazon on 4/19/20 and it was shipped that day. My delivery date was 5/4/20-5/14/20. I then got an email saying it was delayed and my new delivery day date would be 5/15/20-5/20/20. When I track the package, there have been no updates since 5/4/20 where it's says it's in L.A. We shall see if it comes today. I don't have prime because I figured I wouldn't order enough to cover the cost of having free 1 day shipping. Still, I think taking a month is a bit much.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
