POSSIBLE Coronavirus Breakthrough

I can't stress that word enough "possible " breakthrough concerning the virus.

I saw this on my Facebook page, with the headline "California biopharmaceutical company claims coronavirus antibody breakthrough" .

Naturally, I can't post the story here, because of sidebars and whatnot, but if you Google that headline, you should be able to find the story.

In the first paragraph, they say that they have discovered an antibody that could shield the human body from the virus, and flush it out of the system within four days.

I am cautiously optimistic that this will work out.

@Anonymous032819 I read that too, and it was interesting. I know the facility I work for has been doing some of their own antibody testing, but no meaninful updates from that area yet. Will be curious to see how that pans out.

One thing I am willing to bet the farm on, is that there will be some type of meaningful/effective treatment in place by the end of October. I have no doubt

Here's their treatment protocol. They are stating that they are saving lives, and I believe them. There is way too much polarization on the issue of treatment for political reasons, and the practice of medicine should not be based upon politics, but on observable and reproducible results.

A California-based biopharmaceutical company claims to have discovered an antibody that could shield the human body from the coronavirus and flush it out of a person’s system within four days, Fox News has exclusively learned.

Later Friday, Sorrento Therapeutics will announce their discovery of the STI-1499 antibody, which the San Diego company said can provide "100% inhibition" of COVID-19, adding that a treatment could be available months before a vaccine hits the market.

"We want to emphasize there is a cure. There is a solution that works 100 percent," Dr. Henry Ji, founder and CEO of Sorrento Therapeutics, told Fox News. "If we have the neutralizing antibody in your body, you don't need the social distancing. You can open up a society without fear."
