Anyone ever order directly from Plow and Hearth?

I have 2 of their wind spinners that I got from QVC, but I fell in love with another kinetic copper look sphere one that is only available there.

Just wondered how they are to deal with directly in case it arrives damaged.

I have ordered directly from them. I never had an issue so I can not answer your question. They have been around a long time so maybe that will help with your decision to go for it. ❤️

@Nataliesgramma I've ordered from them many times without any problems, except recently some items I ordered are on backorder, but when I purchased them online it says" in stock", this is a little frustrating, but overall I highly recommend. Sign up for their email and they send discounts and free shipping codes. Very good about returns also.

I've ordered from them directly. I also receive a catalog from them every so often. The items I ordered as I recall I didn't care for and had to return them. I paid s&h to have the items delivered and I had to pay the s&h to send them back. (When will I ever learn?)

Account was credited - no problems there, but was a waste of $$$.

I have ordered from them back in the 80's. I dont recall ever having a problem with any items that I had to return.

I placed an order with them a couple of years ago. The item arrived in wonderful condition and in a timely manner, so there was no need to follow up with customer service, but I would order from them again if they had something I wanted.
