HELP NEED AN ANSWER ASAP

I found a company on line that can ship my favorite Charmin Ultra Strong TP and my question is; would you pay $35.99 + 6.99 s/h (42.98) for 9 mega rolls per sheet?

Shipping could take 3 to 4 weeks, however, if faster shipping is wanted it will cost $16.99. I will run out long before 3 to 4 weeks but $52.98 for TP??? I need to make a decision asap before they run out, what would you do?

uh...no. that's my favorite brand of tp also but I had to settle for Angel Soft. found fully stocked shelves of Angel Soft tp & Bounty paper towels @ Dollar General.

I wouldnt. It should be showing up in your stores. I'm seeing some around which I hadn't for a long time. What I'd do is: (1)put the word out to everyone that you need some and ask them to pick some up for you if they see it (you,ll pay them back) or whether they have any extra you can buy now, and (2) buy something you can use to tide you over if you run out (Kleenex, napkins, baby wipes or other types of wipes, etc You wont be able to flush these things but will need to bag them and throw them away. When it looked like TP would be scarce here for a long time and I might run out, I bought a huge pack of cocktail napkins at Sam's Club just so I'd have something to use but toilet paper showed up here before
I needed those and I'm seeing it in more and more supermarkets.

Just checked Amazon. They have Cottonelle 24 pk Family Mega Rolls for around $25 free shipping with Prime. Don't know how much shipping is without Prime.

They just added 18 pk Mega Roll 3 ply Quilted Northern for $31.79.

They also have kleenex.

According to people on our neighborhood Next Door app, the stores are now pretty well stocked with paper products. Target, in particular, was mentioned.

I don’t know where you live but I’m finding paper products every store I’ve been: Target, Walmart, Sam’s, Reasor’s.

I can’t imagine having to order it online and then waiting weeks to get it.

I live in Oklahoma.

I don't know if you are able (or someone else) can go to store. Although, luckily I don't need it I've seen many brands available, esp. Angel Soft.

This has been at WM and Publix during morning hours. I did see Charmin but no way would I spend $25. on 8 double rolls of tp!

Also, Dollar Tree & Dollar General have "early hours" 9-10 for seniors. I know Dollar General sells all brands -- I've seen it there. Plus, no price gouging. If you prefer Charmin I'd try there.

As I said, I don't need it but I do look because I know those who do. I will call them prior to buying -- if they still need it I'll buy it for them. Same with other "essentials".

I can only say in my area (which has not been hit hard) seems the shelves are stocked esp. in WM.

I don't think I'd wait 3 weeks for something that may be delayed anyway!

@Lindsays Grandma It's completely up to you. If you need to have a certain type for whatever reason and you can't find it near you or get it delivered in a reasonable time, then you should go for it. If you are able to use a different brand, you should probably be able to find a better price.

You might as well take 43 $1 bills and use that. What a ripoff.

TP is showing up in the stores. I got 18 rolls Angel Soft, another 9 in another trip, and a generic Angel Soft knockoff (9 more rolls) in another store, just checking every time I shopped. No reason to pay extortionate rates.

I think that's too much too, but I also understand that you're also running out.

i understand that there are those of us who live in areas that are more harder hit than others from the virus too, and certain products like paper goods are much harder to find in the stores.

That being said, I still recommend that if possible, people try the smaller stores in their area, like the dollar stores and the convenience stores, too.

You might have a little better luck there.
