A QVC video just came on my Facebook of Kerstin demonstrating a 10 minutes exercise routine while stuck inside to keep active.

Got to say she was really good and very informative.

I really enjoyed watching her while I was lying on the couch with the dog, and glass of wine thoroughly recommend it .........maybe tomorrow.

I believe she was an fitness instructor prior to arriving at the Q. Yoga I think, except she does non-yoga moves on tv so I may be wrong about the yoga.
