I ordered beans and rice online from Harmony House Foods. I couldn't find any in the stores and was recommended Harmony House Foods by a friend. They are based out of North Carolina.

I've also used Southern Foods out of Greensboro NC. Just checked site and have meats, veggies, etc. available.

This way of getting food is outside my life experience. Are there any others that wonderful people might share?

I use Harmony House powdered whole milk and powdered cheese in some recipes. I have found both to be quality products. Also am successfully using freeze-dried vegetables from Honeyville.
