I have regularly maintained it because I live in the Pacific NW where it's rainy and damp 9 months out of the year.</P> <P>I've noticed signs over the last year or two that parts of it are starting to ROT. What would you estimate should be the life of something like this? I have regularly maintained it and refinished it so I'm surprised that it's eroding away.
