1. Take the clothes off of the exercise equipment and USE IT!

We can all emerge as butterflies, transformed ......

2. PURGE your skincare stash, toss out old lipsticks, mascara, etc.

3. Purge your wardrobe, keep the 20% you actually wear, and

bag up the rest to donate at some future point.

4. Spring Clean! Windows (inside and out). Wipe down shades/blinds.

Organize cupboards and drawers.....including *Junk Drawer*!

Run vinegar through coffee maker, deep clean oven and stove top.

5. Pull out everything from freezer and fridge. Check dates and look for

freezer burn. Wipe down inside walls.

6. Yard work! Rake dead grass, trim, etc.

7. Hand wash your vehicles

8. When you take a walk, wear work gloves and pick up random trash.

You will help your figure as well as the earth!

10. READ READ READ......perhaps several of those Classics you’ve always wanted to get to! Listen to a TedTalk or podcast.

Okay...... that was a partial list of ideas to pass time....

My number 11 would be: Using this time to catch up on phone conversations.

My job has always required heavy phone time, so over the years I've learned to absolutely detest talking on the phone. With now being isolated, and lacking social contact, I'm discovering this is a fantastic time to catch up with old friends. Many of them are scattered across the country now, and I'm ashamed to admit I haven't spoken to them in a year or more (spoken being the key word...we've all kept up through texting).

I'm really enjoying hearing their voices and just laughing together!

Tell me you use the Speakerphone and not press the phone to your ear?

(are we talking cell phone?)

Ever since Senator Kennedy died from the brain tumor behind/above his left ear, I rarely keep the phone held against my head. The Senators friends remarked how often/long he was on his phone.....hours every day.

Theres a reason scientists tell men not to keep their phones in pants pockets!

I am not an overly sensitive hypochondriac Nervous Nelly, but rather someone just being cautious by not forcing radiation waves into my brain.

This is just MY opinion, btw!

You have a lot of good ideas. I enjoyed reading, but I would need some of that energy and enthusiasm.

I seem to not want to do anything but eat, sleep, watch tv, come on here,

talk and facetime to children and family, watch birds, send cards, I like to do laundry, and I'm reading one of my books for the

the 4th or 5th time cause I haven't gone to the library for quite a while.

But it's okay, because I re-read my favorite books a lot.

I can barely hear without the speaker on the cell!

How about #12-

look for different weeds that are pretty and growing amoungst the flowers. ( I used to collect and dry weeds-some are beautiful like Queen Annes Lace!).

or watch for different birds or animals we don't see every day.-

a little chipmonk, a possum, a little tiny lizard?, a hawk soaring above.

Practice my instrument!!! I look forward to practicing EVERY DAY, and now I'm finding that my hour with my instrument is a major step to peace of mind.

If you're struggling, as I was, look for something you love to do at home that you can plan to do everyday at around the same time, and "give" yourself to that activity as a new

good habit.

etc.

Deep Condition hair w Ojon/Tweakd/etc. by leaving product in overnight.

Shave and selfcare with that expensive body cream you are “saving”.

Use your TanTowels now to get a head start .......and fix mistakes!

@on the bay I like Queen Anne Lace, Dandy Lions, and little Violets that grow among the grass. I've always liked insects, spiders, Preying Mantas, crickets...

Look at old pictures. I was dusting and came across old photo albums. I put them on the island to look at later and then my son and girlfriend took them to his room. Probably pictures he has never seen.
