When did QVC start doing a 90 day extended return policy?

I just noticed on the front page QVC is offereing 90 day return policy. I heard them say it on the TSV Jai bracelet late last night, but I was thinking it was just for that item. Evidently , it is for most things.

I got an email the other day that QVC (HSN too) are extending their return policy. I bet it's because of the coronavirus, people aren't able to get out.

I think you're correct - heard it mentioned by host. 90 days to keep and then get money refund. Can't image the tangled web that will create when trying to get a credit for a return 3 months ago. Think you have problems NOW?............just WAIT.

I think I got the email the day before yesterday.I think It's effective for all things purchased from 2/1/20 .

I'm thinking also that they don't want to receive returns that could be potential virus carriers. Extending the return policy gives them a bit of leeway.

HSN is doing it too. Some people would have to go to the post office to return something, so you can see the issues there.

Nice of QVC. I don’t think it’ll cause any problems. It’s no different than extended returns during the holidays.

The 90 day return policy is over.

They are back to the regular 30 return policy.
