      <description>So...there are many great deals online offered by businesses that have temporarily closed their brick and mortar stores. What I really want to know before taking advantage of these online sales is what will be their return policy if the stores don't open up again until past their usual return policy?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I always take my returns back to the B&amp;amp;M store rather than send them back so I don't get any charges deducted from my return credit for using a prepaid return label. Some places have free returns but a lot don't. Talbots for example is having great online deals but their clothing does not have consistent sizing. That store has a long return policy of 90 days but hypothetically what if B&amp;amp;M stores don't reopen in 90 days? Talbots does deduct from your refund if you use their return label so I always return to a store. I'm interested in all stores I'd consider buying from online whether they'll be extending their in-store return policy or not. Each store will differ I'm sure.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>I think stores that are closed should still have some way of contacting their customer service. I would email or phone them and ask about return policies. Right now I don’t think anyone knows how long the stores will remain closed.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I haven't seen anything about stores extending return dates.&amp;nbsp; I would think you'd have to mail the return back if the store wasn't open since it was purchased online.&amp;nbsp; You would probably have to call and the companies and ask.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It's possible to get 2 different answers from two different people for one thing, and I'd have no proof of what I was told. I'd much rather see it in writing in an email from the company itself, such as all the emails I've received about their temporary closings, as Pecky is saying. I haven't seen returns mentioned in the closings announcements I have received thus far, although I didn't get an email from the Rack.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is why I returned an item or two promptly to B&amp;amp;M stores early last week.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will have to go to the post office later this week to make one return. Just one more reason why I am not ordering anything from the Q or other online retailers unless it's something I need and know I will not be returning, like the AL vitamins I ordered last week.. I do not want to be stuck here with return items.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I agree with an earlier post that I will not buy gift cards to a store or restaurant at this time because of the uncertainty as to whether they will still be in business once this all passes. Sad but true.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
