Their baby is due early this month. My friend tells me the young woman is having a tough time financially.</P> <P>My DH and I sent the new bride/mother a check the beginning of August. After a month she had not cashed it. Messaging her on FB, I asked her to "please cash it so we can balance our checkbook."</P> <P>Another month has gone by and the check has still not been cashed. :-( When I messaged her again on FB, she responded, "sorry, I have been busy". (That made almost ten weeks of "busy") </P> <P>THEN! Yesterday we received the check BACK between two pieces of plain paper (in an envelope, of course) with VOID written in HUGE RED letters over it. </P> <P>We feel this is extremely RUDE on her part.
