Our parade was cancelled. But will still start the day with the traditional St Patrick's Day mass and then head to the local Irish American club.

I read that NYC has canceled their parade too, we have the third largest St. Patrick's parade in the nation, but they're still planning on having it....big mistake, IMO.

I'm having the second phase of my facial surgery, the skin graft, that day. I regret that I have to go to the hospital to have it done. I'd just as soon stay away.

@suzyQ3 I had to have a sizable basal cell carcinoma removed from my nose. Since there's no excess skin on the nose to cover it, I have to have a graft from my cheek. I'll be glad to finish the whole thing.

Thanks, @KingstonsMom . I'll be fine. The worse part is about a dozen shots of anesthesia in the face.

Oh, I'm sorry that you have had to go through that. I only had a biopsy on my nose, and thankfully it was benign. Glad at least that you were dealing only with basal cell rather than other skin cancers that can mestastasize.

We will be staying home. Boston canceled their parade, first time ever! Very sad what is happening but I feel it's the right thing to do. Hopefully we can all get through this together. Guinness Lamb stew and a movie

I have PT that morning. Then home ... shower ... change.

Planning to go to Mass at Noon

Have an afternoon meeting - must attend.

Then home and collapse for a few hours.
