My Crocuses Are Up.

I came back from the grocery store and noticed my crocuses along the drive. They are never, ever up this early. I'm in NE PA and the earliest I've seen them is the end of March.

It's sunny and in the 40s. I didn't even wear at coat to the store. That sun is warm for this time of year.

Sunday is to be beautiful, all sunshine and in the 50s. DD said we should do something on Sunday, maybe lunch or shopping. I think she just wants to go so she can open the sunroof on her new car.

I'm just above you in southern NY. and it's a lovely day. It is 47 and sunny, and your right, it makes you want to get out and do things. 🌞🌞

It has been in the 50's and very sunny in Chicagoland lately. 20 degrees warmer than usual. When my tulips come up early their flowers are so much smaller and don't last as long.

It always gets to cold for them. Hope they are not fooled.

And, once again, it is raining in Georgia. Nasty day today. As was yesterday and Tuesday and Monday.

Metro-DC area here. Saw some daffodils yesterday. Earlier in the week, I saw the beginning blooms of forsythia along the highway.

(I think the ground hog was right this year!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!)

Mine are coming up also (southwestern Ohio) but I have rain coming in tonight. Tomorrow they are calling for a mixture of freezing rain and snow. Will be back into the upper 50's Sunday.

@Krimpette Hi, Krimp! Things are popping all over our area.

Have you noticed the Bradford Pear trees blooming? Cherry blossoms will be out before you know it. I am a little worried how warm the summer might be here this year.

On a disgusting, vile note, I have noticed several stink bugs making their dreaded return.

I don't have bulbs planted but I was out in the front earlier in the afternoon and pulled a few weeds out of the flower bed. I noticed that my violets are starting to poke through.

I haven't seen any robins yet.

So are mine, along those teeny daffodils and hyacinths too. trees with pink flowers in bloom as well as a few trees with white flowers, even some rhodies too!! i love spring!!!

Omg, I thought you said my crotches are up. Lol!!! I love crocus. The are a spring delight. They don't last long. They are so special.

the leaves on my pomegranate are coming out. They usually appear mid April. My little mini daffodils bloomed and were gone mid February. I still have a few impatiens from last summer. Spring is indeed early. But we are due for. A bit of rain this coming week.

I am in California in Santa Clara County
