      <title>Problem with order from the bay</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Paid on Jan 17. Nothing has arrived, no communication from seller, according to my purchase record, item hasn’t even shipped.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A few days ago I opened a request for help from e bay. Was told I had to wait until today to see if seller would send it but never heard anything from seller.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I’m waiting for 2 more days as e bay reviews this. Do I have to contact seller if I already gave all this time and the only icon showing in my e bay is that my payment was received. There is no indication it was ever shipped, no tracking info was ever sent to me so can’t track it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for any info or suggestions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You need to wait until after the estimated delivery date that ebay tells you. Then you open an item not receieved. You don't need the shipping date or tracking number. Nor do you need to call them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I just had the opposite experience.&amp;nbsp; Got a string of turquoise colored glass beads.&amp;nbsp; They came promptly but when I took them out of the package they fell apart at a link that was broken.&amp;nbsp; The seller insisted I keep the beads and try to fix them while she refunded my total payment, although I offered to pay half.&amp;nbsp; It takes all kinds, I guess.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i just had a similar experience twice in the last month or so. Once you fill out the Help Form on ebay, no need to do anything more, when the waiting time has expired, they will automatically refund you to original method of pay. You do need to also try contacting the seller at least once during this time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had ordered MR Bill talking dog toy. &amp;nbsp;After 3 weeks it hadn't come. &amp;nbsp;It was one of those things where I had forgotten. &amp;nbsp;I went to my eBay &amp;nbsp; To the right of the item there is a place to message seller. &amp;nbsp; I did and requested my item. &amp;nbsp;I told the seller I would really prefer the item. &amp;nbsp;If it was going to take longer to please notify me. &amp;nbsp;In 2 days I received a refund in full from PayPal for the item &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;No explanation. &amp;nbsp;But I did get refund. &amp;nbsp;If you don't get a reply, there is a place to make a complaint. When you do this as I did many years ago, teBay gets back to you right away. &amp;nbsp;I have had this problem only 2 times in the 20 years I have been buying on eBay.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
