Most of my cash backs from them are pending or declined.

I stopped using them until I can figure it out.

Pending is one thing, all the sites have a pending period until the money becomes yours, but why Declined, unless you made a return or cancelled an order

i have had one declined over the past year.

i dont know why, they dont know why, but if the merchant declines it there is nothing they will do about it other than contact the merchant.

i do find that topcashback is the SLOWEST in having your rebates available......much slower than mr rebates, ebates, and retailmenot.

i do still use topcashback though, especially if they have a high cash back offer.
