Rick's January birthday

Last night he kept bringing up his January birthday and threw out the number 59. My jaw dropped............was he kidding about his age number?

Jaw also dropped when Phillip Watson (Cottage Farms) once said he could collect SSI the next year.

When they do an extreme close-up, Rick looks his age. He just acts like a kid.

@Leggett28 Well now that you mentioned hair..........as I watched the electronics portion...hmm....noticed Rick's hair was a little thicker at the top. Didn't look fake - just thicker.

I"m the same age as Rick and I think he looks good. He is wonderfully fit, which I admire and which I am not-

A imdb page says he has been a permanent host on QVC since 1996. He has been a host for nearly 24 years. If he mentioned 59 as his new age, makes sense. That would put him about 35 when he started. 59 is not so old. He looks about that age

All I can say, is it is a good thing my face is not seen in high definition closeups on a larger than life screen. That HD is not kind.

@HLP I'm confused by your math. If Rick was born 1/12/1961, yes he will be 59 years old. If he was born in 1941, Rick would be 79 years old.

I was wondering the same thing @Caaareful Shopper about this poster's math.

@HLP - Rick is going on 59 years old this January 12th.

IMO - he looks to be 50-something. He looks good.
