I am done with it.

I am so over it.

2019, you threw me in to a tailspin, and broke me, and as far as I am concerned, you can kiss my big, fat pasty white backside, as you exit, and enter in to the history books as the worst year ever (for me).

So, anyone else have something that they would like to say to the year 2019 as it leaves us?

Life can throw us curve balls to be sure, that challenge the very fiber of our being, and our ability to see the good life has to offer. Death, divorce, financial discord, medical issues, etc, come to mind. Every experience and interaction provide an opportunity for growth. I welcome the new year with optimism, as I reflect upon the challenges of the past year.

It sounds like 2019 was an especially challenging year for you, and I can see your frustration! Hopefully, this year will be a much better one.😊

I am happy with my life,as I've made so many changes in the last year. But we can acknowledge that we're done with what wasn't the best for us, and move forward

@Anonymous032819, I'm sorry it's been difficult. You've been through a lot, faced it bravely, and I know others have, too. Sometimes a hearty, powerful "good riddance" to a year past is good for the soul and lets us leave behind some of the painful damage and in later years recall the blessings, no matter how small they might've been. I wish you a happy 2020.❤️

Absolutely 2019 was the worst year of my life. My mother died in August and I had horrible stress, shingles, work issues. I was just thinking a little while ago to be grateful for what I had. My mother had a peaceful death at 93 and I was able to spend much time with her in the weeks before she died. We talked, we told each other how much we loved one another. I am blessed to have that time with her. My job issues blew up in my face and I found a good work at home job in my profession with people that I know. I thank God for his grace and guidance. I seem to have my health and look forward to a new year.

2018 and 2019 were very hard on me financially. I have 4 more months to go but 2020 will be the year for great successes. I’m excited and ready for great beginnings.
