So, let's take a poll....

When will QVC become watchable again? We have to get through the NutriBarf qrap, and the exercise qrap, anything involved in New Year's resolution qrap, etc. Valentine's Day has jewelry potential, unless of course they're trying to sell us an electronics gizmo.

I'm going with February 1 (realizing that there is potentially the possibility of someone trying to sell tulip bulbs.)

What say you?

I only shop online, I do not watch at all. I cannot handle most of the hosts, cannot tolerate cutesie chat, wanna be my best friend BS. Plus, much of the time pertinent information was not given which drove me to the computer....so I just stayed. Don't get my wrong, I really like the items I purchase from Q, just cannot tolerate watching it.

Not for the foreseeable future if they insist on the same 5 TSV's over and over again, endless presentations of that TSV, infomercial like presentations (one item shown per hour) and hours of the same pre-recorded show every night.

My January shopping list doesn’t have much to do with the kinds of things I buy from QVC so to me it doesn’t matter what they show I’m as likely to buy an exercise bike as a pair of shoes. Both close to zero.

for my television watching I’ll be happiest when the few things I like to watch aren’t repeats

@cherry I couldn't agree with you more. It's been unwatchable for most of the past decade in my opinion. The products are tedious while most hosts and vendors are annoying.

Don't forget the food shows and the endless electronics shows with 75 inch tv's so one can be ready for the "big game". Also, I believe for two weeks in January is when then sell those not so good looking oranges with hosts and the guests squeezing the life out of them on the air. Those presentations do not appeal to me!

When the new Spring fashions are out, I may wander back. But honestly, not holding much hope since last fall's offerings in some of the lines I like were not so great.

Completely agree. The show styles are unwatchable for the most part, especially when everyone - including the models - sits down at awkward angles so you can't see the items being presented. What I find particularly intrusive and out-of-bounds for an employer is that the hosts are forced to put their lives, including children and significant others, online in Facebook, Instagram, etc. Those angst videos that the Q forced each host to do, exposing their biggest life struggles, was just cringe-worthy and too much to ask of an employee. These people shouldn't have to expose themselves like that as employees so that the Q can rake in more money.

i am buying more from qvc than ever before.

i rarely watch the channels and have not in quite a long time, but i do searches online, read the forums, review shows, and view videos of items i am interested in. that is how SUNSHINE shops with qvc.

Watchable? Not in the foreseeable future.

Considering how much I USED to watch, it's kind of sad. I would always make sure to see what the TSV was going to be. I would always tune in for AM Style and PM Style and Fashion Days. I haven't watched all year probably. There are days when I don't even look at the TSV

As many posters have already said, QVC has not been watchable for a long time. I like to watch AM Style, but even that gets obnoxious sometimes because they spend too much time on beauty products (there should not be any beauty products in a fashion show) and that silly facebook nonsense. The Q needs to get back to what made them so successful years ago. A good variety of products; hosts who don't try to be your best friend and shorter presentations of products so that they can present more items in each show. Apart from AM Style I hardly watch any shows but I do order quite a bit online.

To answer the original question: I don't think QVC will ever become watchable unless they have a complete change of management.
