First , this is not a complaint. I did a kind of last minute order for pot stickers, and I wasn't overly concerned about when it arrived. However, it arrived today ( on time ) but there was never any notification that it had been shipped. I checked my account , and there was no tracking till this morning , the day of arrival. Then .i got an email saying the package was delivered, then , an hour later an email saying it was shipped. Backwards ? Is this how food orders usually go ? Again, not complaining, it's just kind of funny.

Usually, the order is reversed, that is what I have seen. But, I ordered two food items and one lock and lock item on Sunday and received them today. Pleasently surprised.

I think all the delivery and CS systems everywhere are overwhelmed by the massive increase in orders. Not only are more people shopping via Internet, people this year are spending more than they had been predicted to spend.

I'm amazed that some of us, me included have already received a package promised for Christmas Eve. I could track it right up to 24 hours before it was delivered right to my front door by the USPS. I knew my local PO had the package, but that last "Out for delivery" notice I'm used to getting never was posted. Not sure why, but the young man who carried the package to my door wasn't my regular mailperson and he was running. No way would I have delayed him to ask why no tracking.

I have found as another person stated that if doesn't show as shipped until the date of delivery I don't always get a notice from usps. I know my return is on it's way, but I am still not able to track it!
