      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered the great HP computer bundle QVC was selling before Thanksgiving. The computer arrived within a matter of days. Unfortunately, the software I paid for was not on the computer nor was there a voucher. I've waited three weeks and spent at least 20 hours talking with QVC customer service and Microsoft. Microsoft was willing to provide the one-year subscription if QVC would merely send a DETAILED receipt of the exact Microsoft product that was included in the bundle. QVC was curiously incapable of doing so and kept sending me the same receipt that I alread had. Resolution: Microsoft is giving me 3 months of software. QVC is providing nothing. I'm out of what I paid for. BEWARE, you don't always get what you pay for. I've always enjoyed QVC, but no more odering from them. There great until.... they're not... then they are the worst. Definitlely got cheated by a big company. Enjoy the pocket change my little money provided for the software I never received QVC. Thanks for wasting my time and sending me a computer that is uselss without software. I'm swallowing the loss!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;You should have sent the thing back as soon as you found out the software was missing. &amp;nbsp;Spending time on the phone trying to fix the problem is a waste of time. &amp;nbsp;QVC has extended return policies at this time of year. &amp;nbsp;If you haven't alrady done so, send the thing back NOW.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Accusing them of "cheating" and keeping your money is a dangerous path unless you can prove it. &amp;nbsp;This is another example of why I NEVER purchase computer equipment from ANY TV Shopping Channel. &amp;nbsp;We buy our Mac products from the Apple Store On-Line, an Apple Retail Store or an authorized Apple Reseller. &amp;nbsp;Other brands have similar retail outlets. &amp;nbsp;THAT'S where you should make your purchases.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They ask me for tracking information on the return slip, I gave it to them, and received no reply. Shame on me, not QVC, for trusting them again. If I send back this computer, I am certain from precedent that I will not receive another computer or my money. Then I would really be in a pickle. I need the laptop to do my work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's no danger to tell the truth about what I received as opposed to what was advertised and what I was promised in the transaction. Consumers should not be threatened into not reporting failure by a retailer. Our hesitance to report this type of poor costumer service allows bad practices to continue and otehrs to be taken in. I'm the only one who can stand up for me, and I'm going to do it this time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

As for the computer, I'd rather be out the cost of sending it back insured registered mail than be out the price of a computer I can't use...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do agree that home shopping networks are not good choices for certain kinds of purchases, including computers and I would add mattresses, among others...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

There's something appealing about Brick &amp;amp; Mortar after this fiasco with QVC. If a company commits fraud, I don't buy more expensive items from them.       <description>&lt;P&gt;That's not an acceptable resolution, IMO. You are missing 9 months subscription to, I assume, Microsoft Office 365. That's worth good money.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your receipt should show the item number you purchased. And the item number should link to the product description, which should show that you are entitiled to a year of Microsoft Office 365, because you purchased it. The item number is the key here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;QVC does sell PCs with &lt;EM&gt;and&lt;/EM&gt; without Microsoft Office included. Is it possible that you thought you bought the version with Office, but you accidentally bought the one without instead? If you are sure you got the with Office version, then it is important that QVC and Microsoft get you your subscription. I'd try again with QVC customer service and ask to speak with a manager or IT expert if needed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;with items like this, it is worth it to print out your entire order summary page AND item description page. i never buy a computer for that software that they pre-install on it, but if you are entitled to it, then have qvc send you a label to place on the item and have them pick it up via ups (or whatever the shipping company is that is preferred for that type of product.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;many of us here highly recommend contacting qvcsocialteam@qvc.,com. they are EXCELLENT in taking care of these types of issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've ordered a computer from the Q in the past and the software bundle was sent separately.&amp;nbsp; I recall it actually stated that somewhere.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can see that a moderator has responded to you and it seems that's exactly what's happening in this case.&amp;nbsp; I think accusing QVC of cheating you was over the top.&amp;nbsp; You always had the option to return the PC as defective at no cost to you, instead of saying you would be "swallowing the loss". &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="times new roman,times" size="2" color="#993366"&gt;Happy for you that your issue is being resolved.&amp;nbsp; I agree with a previous poster about buying certain products from a shopping channel, especially electronics.&amp;nbsp; I am an apple user but no way would I buy an apple product from QVC,&amp;nbsp; Best Buy is agood alternative too.&amp;nbsp; I've had great luck shopping with them.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
