    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/268001"&gt;@gramgrandkids1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Actually, no.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I don't return much but&amp;nbsp;my refunds are coming quicker than before.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Before, if i sent back using the label it would take 3-4 weeks or more to see a credit to my charge.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I returned a defective item using the label recently and it was under 2 weeks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else noticed that refunds are slower being credited back to credit card?&amp;nbsp; QVC has really changed in many ways and not in a positive way.&amp;nbsp; Jewelry is not the same quality it was&amp;nbsp; 10 to 15 years ago (gold is not as substantial). Is quality control a thing of the past? I have had to return more items this past year than ever before. Are they still looping the midnight show during the night?&amp;nbsp; It was so nice to turn on the TV during the night to see what was on...but now I have no desire to see the same show multiple times.&amp;nbsp; I will say the customer service personnel (that I have spoken to) have been very helpful.&amp;nbsp; I had to get this off my chest...now I will get off my soapbox.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/268001"&gt;@gramgrandkids1&lt;/a&gt;.&amp;nbsp; QVC has always been slow getting refunds back to customers.&amp;nbsp; This isn't new.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;The quality of jewelry everywhere has gone downhill.&amp;nbsp; Even sterling is typically thin and flimsy.&amp;nbsp; I quit buying when earrings started falling apart with the second wearing.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Yes, it’s been my observation that as far as I can tell, the midnight presentation is looped.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;At least the few times I’ve tried to sit through it, it was looped.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was up pretty early Monday morning and at 5 or 6 AM the shows were recorded.&amp;nbsp; This was the main channel.&amp;nbsp; Shocking.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Gold and silver are so expensive - jewelry is thinner to compensate I suppose.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even Macy's returns aren't being processed as quickly and they are typically very fast - 2 days for return - another 2 days at the most for the refund.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tis the season likely.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Amazon on the other hand credits your account as soon as they see the item is being returned to them.&amp;nbsp; And immediately if you choose to receive a gift card for your refund.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I've noticed that the refunds are slow.........but also incomplete. I returned a ring, and paid for the return shipping myself. Yet, they did not credit me the full amount charged. They automatically deducted the return label shipping fee - and I wrote all over the invoice that I was paying the return shipping. I spoke with a customer service rep......and she was not very friendly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I haven't returned anything in I don't even know how long.&amp;nbsp; However, I rec'd a defective sweater I sent back Saturday morning.&amp;nbsp; By Saturday afternoon I had an e-mail that my return was on it's way.&amp;nbsp; I'll see when I get the refund.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
