I had something in my cart for LESS than an hour and they said I could not cancel it.... I just got a notice a few minutes ago that it is being shipped... Whaaaat??!!

Are you saying they shipped an item that was just in your cart, without you actually going thru the checkout process?

How can they do that?

I didn't think they can ship from your cart. Don't you have to put in your password, etc before the order is placed?

I thought I read on the posts that you only have 30 minutes to cancel an order now. I have to say that it's down to zero time since they started this "receive by Christmas" promotion. I ordered the TSV and tried to cancel 5 minutes later and it said it was "in processing and no changes could be made".

I understand it's their perogative to change rules but I wish they would have a "visible post" so we just know the rules of operation.

QVC can't ship anything that's in your cart.

It's not like you put a Bose speaker in your cart (for example), walk away from your computer, and then BOOM! The speaker has already shipped.

That's why I said that something sounds fishy about the first post, and that we were missing a whole lot of information.

was it sitting in your cart or did you complete the checkout process? anything sitting in your cart can be removed, cancel doesn't apply here
