      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Up until&amp;nbsp;today I was very happy with their delivery couriers, well today I got notification&amp;nbsp;that my delivery&amp;nbsp;was made, it was made but not my building. The photo shows a blue rug and we have a beige one. It is in one of the buildings here just not mine &lt;img id="smileysad" class="emoticon emoticon-smileysad" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.png" alt="Smiley Sad" title="Smiley Sad" /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I spent at least 20 minutes on the phone with Amazon, I live in a townhouse development and all building have numbers but look similar.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Best is she kept saying that the delivery was made to **96 and I live at **97, thing is there is no **96 and there is a park no buildings across the street.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Mistakes happen.&amp;nbsp; I don't think the issue is where they delivered the package.&amp;nbsp; They didn't deliver to your address and the picture shows that.&amp;nbsp; Did you ask them to refund you or replace the items and re-send them?&amp;nbsp; The few times that I have had problems with Amazon, they have bent over backwards to fix the situation, which in my case meant re-sending the items.&amp;nbsp; How is Amazon going to fix this?&amp;nbsp; Did you ask them that?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I feel your pain. I have had just about every delivery snafu this season that I could have. As for Amazon, around here they have " local delivery" for the last 50 miles of the trip. I also live in a community of townhouses. Most deliveries for me are in the dark ( 8:00 - 9:00 p.m.), from vans, and either to the wrong building or just left on the sidewalk off the parking lot near my building. &amp;nbsp;It has been a bit of a hot mess. &amp;nbsp; Of course, the big A still has done better than the Q, which today changed Edds while I was looking at my account. How we are to keep deliveries from being stolen is beyond me these days. &amp;nbsp;I wish you luck. I also wish you a happy holiday. I think this delivery nightmare is beyond our control. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

A 12/7 QVC order shipped today (12/10).&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Of course, I know better than to order anything from QVC that I need by a specific date.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#FF0000"&gt;ETA: I must have read the ship date wrong.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Up until a couple hours ago I would have been complaining too.&amp;nbsp; I was expecting an order of seven items and it was two days later than expected. About 1:00 this morning I looked at my orders and saw that I was getting a refund for my return.&amp;nbsp; I called Amazon at 1:00'a.m. to see what happened since I did not return anything; I never received it.&amp;nbsp; Anyway, by 7:00 p.m. the seven items were at my door.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
