      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was informed my EP that should have been paid on 11/19 was in arrears.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have paid all my EP'S complete.&amp;nbsp; Nothing has even been late as far a total monthly payment.&amp;nbsp; The EP is suppose to be taken out auto.&amp;nbsp; This was put by me to be paid ahead of time, my last one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Calling CS doesn't help.&amp;nbsp; She said maybe your card has reached its limit.&amp;nbsp; I just paid the whole thing, spent hours and two days, all listed.&amp;nbsp; Not even close to my credit limit.&amp;nbsp; It finally was taken after hittting the button four times.&amp;nbsp; It's the last 4 o 4.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I told CS, not her fault, but the reason I'm payig everthing in full, is because I'm tired of their mistakes, slow shipping, and in process too long.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF AN EP BEING IN ARREAR?&amp;nbsp; WHO DO THESE PEOPLE HAVE WORK THERE?&amp;nbsp; Glad to be rid of QVC once and for all.&amp;nbsp; Not the same company of 25 years I've been a good customer and never in arrears.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I haven't used EP in years mainly because even though I only bought one item at a time I found it to be a pain to keep track of it.&amp;nbsp; Now I would only use it if I bought an expensive item from QVC which is no longer likely to happen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I find it interesting that the Q makes such an issue out of EP since obviously it is lending money interest free but I guess it thinks people will buy more with the EP option.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;EP = easy pay&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OP, it sounds like QVC was unable to charge whatever credit card you used when you first bought the item on EP.&amp;nbsp; I'd check with your bank about the credit card, and see if they can track QVC's denied attempts to charge.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(Check if the credit card reached its expiration date.)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had this problem once.&amp;nbsp; The issue was that because QVC billed the same amount twice within a short period of time, my bank flagged it as a duplicate charge and rejected it.&amp;nbsp; I think I may have had more than one of the same item on an EP plan at the time.&amp;nbsp; I was able to make the payment later without issue.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/49375"&gt;@kaydee50&lt;/a&gt;When there's a credit card problem, I'd deal with the company that holds the card, not with QVC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I charge close to 99% of everything I buy everywhere;&amp;nbsp; further while I don't use a Q card, I take EZPay every time it's offered without using the Q card. &amp;nbsp; If there's a problem I deal with the bank that holds my card until they tell me it's the selling company that's causing the problem -&amp;nbsp; that has been true only once in over 30 years -&amp;nbsp; and the problem company wasn't QVC!.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once a company accepts my card as payment, their CS should not have any access to my credit card -&amp;nbsp; none!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Some credit cards see multiple charges at&amp;nbsp; duplicate small amt's as possible fraud.&amp;nbsp; The credit card can hold payment till you call them .&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had one item on EP which I had purchased with a cc that was going to expire before the final EPs were paid. I didn't notice the exp date until I looked at my account and saw the order was late in payment status and it said to pay it promptly. All I did was update that cc exp date then the problem just went away.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This changed the information, and QVC could not recognize the new card. Instead of contacting me, they just cancelled my order for a future delivery of Mrs. Prindable's for my DD. I'm very careful now to use only one payment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The OP got a notice from QVC she was in arrears. Sometimes a bank won't authorize something because they think it is suspicious activity. I have had it happen to me and once you call them and authorize the charge, they will give the merchant the go-ahead.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
