Is it 4 weeks from last dose, or every month on whatever day it was given last, such as the 5th day of the month. Or does it matter at all? If given every 4 weeks, it would be more than 12 doses a year. I tried the web sites and they just say monthly. Want good flea coverage, but don't want to give too much as these meds are strong.
